Expectant mothers considering placing a child for adoption. Youths in need of guidance or referrals. Persons needing parenting classes, Anger Management or counseling services. Persons needing a Homestudy or Families wanting to adopt an infant or a child waiting to be adopted from the foster care system. Older adults in need of volunteer opportunities are welcome to contact us. |
As many woman may find, rebounding after an adoption can be difficult.
A common choice for birth mothers is to pursue an education to improve their current situation. In most cases, birth parents see this opportunity as a second chance to redeem themselves.
Having college or university in mind, school students burn the midnight oil to increase their chances to get enrolled. But sometimes it’s not enough. In most cases, the financial question pops up. And here Rainbow of Love scholarships come to the rescue.
That´s why Rainbow of Love decide to start the “ROL scholarships program” for support any women in Texas who chose option and wants to go and pursue her career and back to school.
The ROL Scholarships are available to women residing in Texas and who meet the following criteria:
-16 years old and older.
-Must be a women who placed a baby for adoption in Texas during 2000 to 2023.
The following documents are required:
– A letter or video testimony about your experience placing your baby into
adoption and how your life has changed for a better
– ID – TDL
-Provide evidence of enrollment in a vocational program, college or university.
– ID type current photo of you

Single mothers of young children do not all receive the recognition that they deserve for Mother’s Day because their children are too young to understand the sacrifice that their mothers are making.
Rainbow of Love have delivered hundreds of mother’s days baskets since the program started. The baskets are delivered primarily to families in Harris and Fort Bend County, Texas.
Our wonderful team at the Social Services and Charity Projects department collected donations to make it happen. Thanks to all of our partners and great volunteers!

Youth helping Youth helps youths who have aged out of foster care system and youth under verge of homelessness.
“Youth Helping Youth” is a program designed to address the issue of youth homelessness by providing resources and support to young people who are experiencing homelessness.
Mission and Purpose: The primary goal of “Youth Helping Youth” is to assist and support homeless youth. The program aims to provide these young individuals with the resources and help they need to overcome the challenges associated with homelessness and work towards a stable and brighter future.
